As an Account Manager, you will be in contact with our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and support them in the use of our event marketing platform.
Whether it’s a product presentation, roadshow, training or employee event: Invitario is the software behind thousands of events organised by companies all over the world. With our versatile functions , we are the “operating system” for forward-looking event marketing.
Your tasks
- $Processing customer enquiries
- $Planning and realisation of projects
- $Setting up accounts in our software
- $Ongoing customer communication
- $Answering questions about our software
Our requirements
- $Professional experience in direct customer contact (B2B)
- $High solution and customer orientation
- $Experience in the use of software tools
You can expect a salary from EUR 2.400 gross/month with the willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
