Customer Success Manager
Plovdiv (Bulgaria) or Vienna (Austria) | Full-time
Become part of our Customer Team and take on the onboarding and ongoing support of our clients.
As part of our growing Customer Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting and developing our clients in the DACH region, who currently generate approximately EUR 1.7 million in annual revenue.
Ideally, you have several years of experience in the event industry and/or a proven track record in previous roles as a Customer Success Manager or in technical support at a B2B SaaS company.
You’re looking to grow personally and professionally at an organically growing event tech startup with a premium product for high-profile events and clients.

Your tasks
- $You guide new clients through the onboarding phase all the way to fully adopting our event marketing platform, Invitario.
- $You proactively manage client relationships, deliver tailored trainings, and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- $You regularly engage with clients to proactively address and resolve issues.
- $You conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and goal achievement, and to identify opportunities for optimization.
- $You implement client retention programs to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure lasting client satisfaction.
- $You strive to detect potential client churn at an early stage and work closely with teams such as Sales and Product Development to initiate timely retention measures.
- $You investigate the underlying reasons for client churn and design proactive strategies to prevent it.
- $You offer second-level support to colleagues across teams, including Support and Sales, and help resolve complex client requests.
- $You take part in onboarding and integrating new members of the Customer Team.
- $You collaborate closely with the Sales Team, assist with product demonstrations and contract negotiations, and make sure that service-level agreements are met.
- $As a subject-matter and product expert for Invitario, you represent our company and solutions in the field of event marketing, confidently presenting our platform to both prospective and existing clients.
- $You consistently collect client feedback and serve as a key link between Customer Service and Product, ensuring that client insights are translated into meaningful product enhancements.
- $You work closely with the Product Team to resolve issues and implement improvements, making sure clients stay informed about new features through training sessions and webinars.
- $You stay up to date on industry trends and software updates to continuously improve client support and consulting.
Our requirements
- $You bring at least two years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- $Understanding of Customer Success concepts and strategies.
- $Experience working with large international organizations.
- $Basic understanding of software development processes.
- $Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- $Confident presence in meetings, webinars, and client conversations.
- $Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- $Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and online demos.
- $Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of work ethic.
- $Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- $Familiarity with key software tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus.

For legal reasons, we’re required under Austrian law to disclose the minimum salary for this position. It is at least EUR 38,542 gross per year.
