In your role, you will be an essential part of our developer team, maintaining our software and developing new features for our cutting-edge products. You will also mentor medium and junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance.

Your Tasks:

  • Participate in effective sprint planning to optimize feature development and resolve issues.
  • Develop high-quality code and documentation.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance for new features and fixes.
  • Allocate your resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Mentor medium and junior developers, provide constructive feedback, and create improvement plans.
  • Identify project risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is maintained.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Coordinate with the Team Lead, Head of Development, and Product Manager in Austria to enhance team development.

    You’ll Fit Great With These Skills and Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
    • Profound knowledge in software development, system architecture, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
    • Proficiency in our technology stack: PHP, JavaScript, SQL, REST, HTML, CSS, Docker.
    • Experience with Symfony, Doctrine, and AWS is beneficial.
    • Enthusiastic about pair programming and conducting code reviews.
    • Proactive approach to solving technical problems.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
    • Keen to help develop a team and spearhead advanced software development projects.
